How do I get an access code?

Click Buy code, pay with any card, and the code is shown on the next page plus emailed to you. Each code is single-use — one Confirmation ID per code.

I lost my code — can you resend it?

Yes. Send us the email you used to buy along with the payment timestamp, and we'll look it up and resend.

My code didn't generate a CID — what now?

If the Generate step failed (e.g. "Upstream service unavailable"), the code is not consumed — try again. If the upstream returned an empty CID, please contact us with the Installation ID you used and we'll investigate.

Do you offer refunds?

Unused codes can be refunded within 7 days of purchase — message us with the email and we'll process it. Once a code has been used to generate a CID, it can't be refunded.

Is my data stored?

Installation IDs and the generated Confirmation IDs are logged for audit. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see card numbers. Contact messages are stored to help us respond and may be deleted on request.
